SCM was horrible as Too much people

I had no goal or view in my life lately.
At least I had no feeling of that.

Yesterday the SCM run was horrible in terms of
lining up to get my bag deposited.

And the run was unmotivated .
Too much people .
I am very much troubled with my high Credit card bill
And I wondering about how to join the safari night zoo run.
Maybe I am in my dry span of running marathon lately .
I felt irritrated by people by stop by the track to take photo .
What is the spirit of marathon .But they paid to do such things .

I went for RUN FOR HOPE 2010 .But I dont quite like that marathon as it is poorly organized .
There are no SIGN Board showing how much Kilometres are left .
And No encouragements like after the marathon a small medal.
I burn little calories at the marathon yesterday .

No MOOD TO RUN LATELY ..>LAZY like pig. Didmt want to take PHOTO as I feel JUST TOO tired.

I think I did badly for great eastern run .
As I didnt have good sleep for the night . but I didnt suffer from muscleache pain as bad as my other runs .
But in regards of the way they organise I think it is badly done .
My bag deposit is at the ending point . For this race is quite expensive .And if I would do it again , I wouldnt do it again .

The Real Run 2010


Well This race cost me a bomb . 16 dollar taxi fare So can I say this medal cost more than the entry fees I paid .
MORAL OF THE STORY .
I Had to PUSH MYSELF Wake up early .
I realised when Eric was there , He give me morning call and I was able to wake up earlier , and also arranged from what time and what time we should be at where.
he even add in the traffic JAM . But for me. I am just to lazy . I just think I need 1/2 to take transport to the race location . And I would dilly dally .
Today I Was late . SO I asked for it .......This is an expenisve medal ...

THE REAL RUN RACE . 17 OCt 2010


For this race , I WAS LATE . I wasted 16 dollar to take a cab to the Exhibution centre . And the road was blocked . I felt cheated because earlier I wanted to save , So I took a bus 109 there and then I change at Pasir Ris and took MRT To Expo Mrt station , thinking Expo is near to Singapore Exhibition centre .But then I found there is no big tents and starting point . I know I am late . I had to take a cab . I fared a cab at singapore expo and it cost me extra 2.00 . And after the taxi driver go in a big round bush and then it cost the amount to travel from hougang to clementi . Well. This run , I was alone . Well .I realised when Eric wasnt there , I feel maybe I run slow . i realise running with a friend can make a difference as there will be someone to pace you down .
Okay ... I will blog the medal later .
This real balance run , I dont think I will join anymore because I dont like the arrangment and logistic . Everything need money . U are to pay 1 for bag deposit and arrange for transport .
Changi Prisoner run was the best in term they had everything prepared out properly .
Another race was Passion Run .
Well coodinated .

Yah I brought it yesterday ..AND SSH ...
Dun tell my parents ... that I brought another
HRT watch ....
But this money spend will PUSH ME
to work harder for my race day .
Maybe I should gave away all my vouchers given
to me in a race pack . I wanted to buy Mizuno product because
I was given a 30 percent voucher.
BUT ..when I went there, I saw the caps are not very trendy like
stain proof and the colour are boring .So I gave my vouncher to
the sales asistant to give to someone who may approach him
and buy mizuno products . I did something good yesterday !

Skin Compression clothing



I think THIS IS most expensive compression clothing I BROUGHt .
My dad were asking u ARE U A PRO ? WHy are u lavishing on sport products .
Opps I cant answer that .BTW , dont tell my parents that I brought the Beuer HRT watch . I wore this on Mizuno wave and it feel prefect .
But the point is , It look funny where everybody wearing shorts and you are the only wearing this recovery pants.
Well....I dont know when I wear it again .

brought it yesterday at Great eastern race pack collection event at Kallang leisure at ACTIVE 360 . This watch was sold at promotional price when u buy the compression clothing . So I brought it when the sales told me there is steps target and I was interested in the finger sensor technology .
Okay I brought this expensive thing . The bad thing is .. I will be poor ..Butnever Bonus is coming ..OH .. a bit thinking why I got implusive buying brain?
But I think it is still good .

This is used early before I went for the race. The caffeine cotent was 40g ,it didn't cause jittery affect .Whether it make me feel filled . I am not sure .

TO BE Honest , I feel this bra was better than Reebok bra .
Same as the remarks I given about the trouser. It is made in italy.

I wore this for the real run race today . I find it effective in regulating tempature and mositure wicking .
But the cons is there is no compression feeling .

tODAY i WAS LATE . i didnt want to wake my dad up . SO I took bus by myself . I thought without a running partner I SUPPOSE TO BE BETTER .
But I realised that sometimes having someone to run with you , it will keep your pace . That means U will be always trying to catch up with your partner . That will have faster time .

After taking the kick butt coffee balls . It didnt give me jittery as yesterday i did have jitter . Maybe I didnt take much caffine in the morning .

The ZENSAH clothing was quite good in term , I dont feel stuffy as when I put on nike bra . I felt the heat generated . This is really moisture wicking . Thermal regulating and comfortable .But it does squeeze or compress your muscle than a SKIN compression wear . OF COZ price is something we give in exchange for compression and comfortable feeling .

Okay Back to marathon crap . I went down to kallang leisure and I Didn’t bother to pick my PHONE CALLS .Opps .. I think someone cursing me . “Why is it we say it well and U didn’t appear even my car was there to pick u up .” Comon I paid for it . U just don’t attend , and You didn’t want to pick up .
WELL FRIEND , not because I don’t want to pick up because I know I NEVER SAY NO to anybody . I rather not pick up .
SORRY .. I wasn’t in mood to go some matchmaking stuff .Maybe oneday I will attend coz my best friend told me he got his wife via that .2 of them ..BUT I think my race pack collection is more important than anything . Tomorrow I wouldn’t have time to collect my race pack .
SO I had to just ignore my phone and went to LONER RANGE MOOD .
There I seen a few booths..
DESIRE INSIDE .
Buy a Walkman running ( 129) .BUT .. I told myself NO … I had one working machine . And I brought ANTI SWEATY EAR PIECE , what more .
The Active 360 .
I ended buying the sports compression clothing . I don’t know how good this is . BUT I will try it on my race day and share with u all how is it . Reason I brought it because someone said I look funny indirectly with my SKINS . SO I ended purchasing this ½ length compression shorts and then a sport bra . WELL , there is promotion on heart rate machine . IT IS Sensor technology and made in Germany . I wanted something to track my EVERYDAY TRAINING SESSION WITH MELVIN .although he said I could rely on his GPRS and his gadget .But I am quite stubborn . I want to be independent . I BROUGHT the heart rate watch .OPPS ..SOMEONE WILL BE KILLING ME ..MY DAD will be 1st . I kept everything in a secret compartment . And then if Yoda read this..he will remind me that …OPPS …..BUT I don’t care , I don’t want to always okay MEL ,how many distance we cover today after work ? AND I don’t want him to remove his sweaty HRT band and borrow to track my heart rate . COZ I GET NERVOUS .
Anyway I had an TIMEX HRT Track rate . I like that watch I brought a few month back . BUT I planned to use it only race day . It is quite expensive to use it for my daily training . AND THIS watch had special benefit tracking how many steps I walk in day . YAH YAH YAH .. You guys must be saying .GAL , U just brought 2 pedometer and why u want this watch ? I don’t know I would had hundred thousand reason to buy things . WELL ..Maybe … can I sell my pedometer when I am familaire with THIS HRT watch new function PEDE.
I brought SKIN compression earlier. THAT WAS SUPER GOOD . I don’t know it is placenta , that my ankle and muscle wouldn’t as painful as without my SKIN COMPRESSION CLOTHING ..

KICK BUTT .
The sales guy let me test some chocolates and it look GOOD Because IT HAS NO FAT . CHOCOLATES WITH NO FAT . WOW ..TAT BEST . and can be taken as instant boost . I like the taste of CHOCOLATES with caffeine . He recommend taking it before my run . It will keep me filled abit . I tried it when I took the train home . I found them not very fulfilling but taste nice .
TOMORROW I Shall kick start my run with my caffeine Energy GEL and FANCL Stimulate FAT LOSS DRI . Yah ..GUYS I am looking forward to buy HORNET JUICE . Well Thank the bank , they didn’t link my mobile and I couldn’t do online purchase. Hoohohohoho..
I m not a SHOaholohic . Because shopaholic IS PRETTY YOUNG LADIES WHO GOES FOR LV AND GUCCI . WELL , if I could afford one .I don’t mind .BUT That pieces of JUNK IS much for my salary . I couldn’t afford .My boss said I am GETTING BONUS . So It is good to invest my bonus on these SPORT stuff .

I found this on the website NUTRIFIRST .
I planned to get them . It state to boost my stamina and help the deposits of fat.

I know L-Carnitine is more expensive. I brought from Holland & barrett .N Acetyll-carnitine with alpho lipoic acid . I feel that they are quite good as it is mixed with alpha lipoic acid.
I found that in Fancl Prefect Slim it also contains L-carniture with Aphla lipoic acid.

INto Running- Runner World Magazine

Had a good run with a friend who willingly come all the way to my place and jog with me.

I borrowed his runner world magazine . I thinking of buying this magazine. This friend of mine become a pace maker.I confess that been a pace maker for a lousy runner like me is quite easy , but it is hard for good runner like him to suddenly run slowly for my sake. .

The poor thing is after his jog , he would cycle all the way back home.Wow .That is double exercise so I get how he get his shaped fit body with he-man leg.

I shared with him I want to hit records for my marathon run 1 hr 20 mins and he inspire me to go running everyday.But I forgot my shorts today .So I am not sure if I will go jogging for today . I know on friday I would STOP RUNNING although he wanted to run everyday with me.But I think before the real match come , I should rest for a day .

Yesterday I was so tired ,that after dinner, I went back to bed.

I was encouraged by when someone share with me ib my run ," Sometimes u just had forgive what others done to u. RELEASE ALL OLD HURTS ,PAINS and whatever , forgive everybody including yourself . Yah ...


I was discouraged from buying runner magazine as this magazine for PROs and I could borrow from him anytime . I feel like telling him so can I cut up the pages inside .hahahahahah.

He also advised me about compression clothing is . "He never believe in putting on compression clothing would help u to run faster. but it is only daily consistence training would help one perform and deduce injury .
"
I asked him about ascii shoes. but he said new balance shoes are fine as well . It doesnt mean expensive shoes gave u good support .

The recommendation was I did right when I brought the TIMEX heart rate monitor . Because Timex is a reputated brand. I had new stuff to buy and IT IS A GPRS .hahahahah...
I know all my blogger reader friend would be cursing me .

SIAO AH ... your money dont spend , u feel like dying right?hahahha..

Anyway ...he told me that he can be my GPRS ,he stated that he could track the distance between any places .
So he quote yesterday we run 4.7km .well well well. I prefer some machine to tell me how long had I run ........

I read a book about conditional training .He could be my personal gym .but I hate going to community centre and fight for machines...hmmmm..for a very very picky lady like me... I guess ..hahahahah...

Thanks To YODA ...How tell me how many km is 1 mile - 1.6KM
So i calucate my timing as a book said

10KM = 6.26 mile.
Calculating my pace 82 mins/6.2 miles = 13.13 min/miles

But calucating in 10KM

82 min/10KM= 8.2KM/min

My Pace is 13.13 min/miles in 10km

I am currently training at a 13 minute/mile pace; my goal is to run
the 10K at a 12.5minute/mile pace.”

Run LIke the gray wolves and Race like the wild horse.



I must write my marathon Journal Before I forget them.
Yesterday , I run my third race. 1st race was passion run.
2nd was cancer run
Third was tri Factor.
Fourth is Yellow prisoner run .
Yahoo… I feel so proud and fun .
When I reach there, It was raining . We are given picahos.
And then the first few had been running already . I was late , I didn’t place my bag . THANK LORD , I brought a Dictoto featherweight bag . else I can now be having terrible backaches.

I do suffer from Backache problem now . I think It is carrying a bag causing that . There is real difference between carrying a bag or not carrying a bag to run . THANK GOD I didn’t brought the HEAVY bag . Else ….

Anyway I found the race seem long . As I thought I reach my destination . There were no indication , You had how many kilometers to go . So u just run and run in the race with your Picachos and it was real stuffy and hot to run in such condition . Somemore It is drizlling .
And when I reach my desination. Everyone seem to tell me the marathon is finishing soon .So I thought there is only a few kilometers to run .BUT when I reached changi prisoner , I could saw the finishing pillar .So I run faster and GUESS WHAT , I fall back .
But there were very few wonderful sportmen who stop to help me and asked how am I ?I
It is real embrasssing to fall on backside. I guess it is due to slipperly road.
And then funniest was , I don’t feel the pain when I fall immediately ,only after I reached home , I found the dull pain seem to be tagging me.
And today IT IS body aches ..I pop some pain reliverer.
Well….The next race is SAFRA . I had a volunteer dinner that day .but I decided to skip it for my safra race.
But I don’t think I can train for my safra race as I need to recover till I get a small training maybe on Wednesday and Tuesday .
Lastly , at the yellow prisoner race, it touched me to see kids from Bedok Town cheering for me . I don’t know , they look like from Bedok Town from their logo or BEDOK south .
Anyway iT is training and the kids never gave up . They stood in the rain to cheer. They motivate me to run slightly faster .But that cause me to slip down the road.
I GAVE APPLAUD TO THOSE WHO RUN THE YELLOW RIBBON RACE . AND BRAVE THE RAIN …
And the VOLUNTEER and ….. GO … I am born to run like a wolves in pack . …..
Run like a wild horse at the beach .. I wish to be like them ....

I dont know why lately depression had begun to eat into me again .
I HATE EXERCISE and I START SPENDING ....
I SPEND AND SPEND .
But on things such as usb disk and I guess I need it as my company dont provide me with USB and people borrow my personal usb and thus I decided to place all commpany stuff on other usb while people borrow .They wont see my private stuff.

I havent in much training . Except for a short run lunchtime . I found that my weight didnt drop .
Maybe it is the packet of mamee i ate .

I had went through a few run .
Cancer run .
not much trianing was place into it . Mostly I spend my lunchtime running .
But I get tired out .
For tri run and cancer run , there are alot of funny costume like sia stewardness runing in cancer run in sia sarong ... I didnt took any photo as I am not mental preprare and feel that I am lonely runner.


Yesterday I went for tri-run . There wasnt any finisher medal .
But it was more easier than the cancer run which was 7.5Km . And yesterday was 10KM.

The results were out .
