POSITIVE ACTIVITY LIST (From the Cognitive Behaviour Workbook for Depression)
Use this activity list to note for mesures pleasures. Then reen act the pleasure—even if you don’t feel like it.
1) Running .Jogging Complete a marathon or complete more than 10KM
2) Spending money . But then I WILL BE BROKE AND BE TROUBLED .
3) eating ice-cream then afraid of Fattness .
4)Disturbing my dog , Irritrating him . Bullying him . Bad .
