Training for VERTICAL marathon
LAtely I am not motivated to exercise ..But this evening after a talk with someone , My mood was high up again . I feel a sense of relived and thank him for his honesty with me .
I am glad that someone is going to have the same goal as me .
And He going to encourage me .. I going to encourage him ...
WELL ..I AM HAPPY again ....
Oops I really rollercoaster easily ....
