I love Running in races are just like looking infront, you cant look behind.\ Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. 1 Corinthains 9:24-25 (NIV)

No training for a long period

It is long since I yesterday and prepare for any marathon . I had a marathon coming ,
ADIAS sundown .
