I think I did badly for great eastern run .
As I didnt have good sleep for the night . but I didnt suffer from muscleache pain as bad as my other runs .
But in regards of the way they organise I think it is badly done .
My bag deposit is at the ending point . For this race is quite expensive .And if I would do it again , I wouldnt do it again .

The run I had for the past 2 weeks .

Nike City .

I found it very appealing as I managed to complete with 1 hour 25 mins .

But At Great Eastern run . My time was a failure .

I attributed that to lack of trianing . I wasnt able to get my heart rate up at all . It is going low and low .

and I feel breathless and slightly SICK ...
