POSITIVE ACTIVITY LIST (From the Cognitive Behaviour Workbook for Depression)

Asked if I want the photo of SCM

I complete the SCM Marathon in 1:40 .
Seem I am getting more slower in my SCM .
Today I having a terrible dull pain infront of Facial and head and STIFF shoulder.

I recieved email stating if I am interested in purchasing the photo of my SCM run . I dont even see my face inside . I dont see why should I pay 38 dollar for it?

SCM was horrible as Too much people

I had no goal or view in my life lately.
At least I had no feeling of that.

Yesterday the SCM run was horrible in terms of
lining up to get my bag deposited.

And the run was unmotivated .
Too much people .
I am very much troubled with my high Credit card bill
And I wondering about how to join the safari night zoo run.
Maybe I am in my dry span of running marathon lately .
I felt irritrated by people by stop by the track to take photo .
What is the spirit of marathon .But they paid to do such things .

i had no dream TO push me ON


Lately My eye had been twitching . I dont know if someone scolding me or something is happening . It will always twitch .
Anyway I didnt train much . I am too lazy , NO motivation.
I am thinking about I HAD A DREAM . And I had not motibation in life. I couldnt hold on that I HAD A DREAM .
