SAFRA HALF MARATHON
At the starting Point , I was SO ON to run ...
It was around 5:30am . I was late for the marathon as I missed the Night rider ..and went to wait bus on wrong direction .

The SUN RISE ......OH NO ... I came without seeing the sun ... and I had been running till I see the sun rise. IT show ... How LOUSY i am .I am not halfway through 21KM ...what am I doing?

And there are BELLY dancer to entertain us .Although I was thinking Wham ...what ... Climbing fort canning ...Cannot tekgan ...and It is shit shit shit ..But Wow..beautiful ladies..It make my run bearable..at least I forgotten my body is chaffing and my legs are having blister . I had hip pain when I run through there...I wondering why does my hip having pain when I want shaking as vigorously as them ?Comon ...

It is MOMENT of glory .. U feel like listening to Chariot of fire at This point .........OH NO . I going to accomplished it ...YAH YA Yah ... U hit the higher runner in your bloody brain and decided to make all the dash ..maybe raise your hands up and show U completed it .But I was still not at runner high coz the pain in my toes and adias shoes suxz , if I got a scissors I will get open the side of my two toes and lightening the pressure they having on my toes ...
AND U finally see the light .. Your head start to get abit dizzy and .. U feel .... can I just lay down here? BUT I wont shame myself infront of so may people .. I would peacefully collected my medal and go home ..

Supplement ...... Maybe It was the ..Slimming medicine I brought from Nature Farm .....Forget the brand
What happen after that ?
I suffered from a very bad hives and then I had blisters and chaffed body even I use vasline .Maybe I didnt applied alot in between my legs and arms .... and I had to use cortisone to stop the hives and rashes....
